Our aim
This website is designed to be usable with keyboard navigation, zoom, high-contrast user settings and common screen-reader workflows. It uses semantic headings, landmarks, labelled form fields, visible focus styles, alternative text and a skip link.
Known limitations
- Some machinery images are loaded from other Lancing web services. If a file is temporarily unavailable, the page provides a descriptive fallback. The homepage video is packaged locally.
- Some technical tables require horizontal scrolling on narrow screens.
- Video captions or transcripts may not be available for all historic machine footage.
- Third-party PDF documents and linked websites are managed by their respective owners.
Requesting information in another format

Reporting a problem
Please include the page address, browser or assistive technology, and a description of the barrier. Lancing Ltd can then investigate and provide the information by another route where practicable.
Technical approach
This website uses responsive layouts, scalable text, reduced-motion support, native FAQ controls and standard HTML form validation. The main content remains available without JavaScript.
